What can I say, we’ve had the most incredible stay at this home, thank you! Reza was a great host and was very responsive to any messages we sent. The property itself was well located and was perfect for our needs as a family of four. The property is very well maintained, equipped for all of your needs and was immaculately clean upon arrival. It smelt good too! All relevant information was sent promptly and was helpful and concise. The welcome pack sent via email and presented in a folder at the property was extremely useful and answered many of the questions that I had. This property really is a fantastic home from home and we will definitely be looking at staying here again, thank you!

This was an ideal house for our family. Very well set up in every aspect and access to a little garden for fresh air. Felt safe in the neighbourhood. Highly recommended.

Small house that felt bigger that it was given a great / clever use of space and high ceilings. The upstairs bedrooms are particular airy and bright. Everything was well presented and in great condition. Showers were great and the house was warm with everything you'd need. The only negative might be the stairs. It was fine for us but given the steep angle and shallow steps it would be a challenge for small kids or people with mobility issues (even with the grab rail). All told, it was perfect for our needs (family of four) for the three days we stayed. The location is excellent - about 10 mins walk to the tram (that will take you to central manchester) and about 20 mins walk to the centre of Sale. There's a co-op convenience store around the corner and a big Sainburys 10 minutes walk away. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to others. Reza was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with (but it all went so smoothly, we hardly had to reach out to him). Thanks Reza.

We loved staying here. It was a lovely warm and cosy house in a quiet area. We mostly used uber to the city it was around £9. It had all amenities to cook breakfast before we headed out. Great sized bedrooms. Reza was very easy to communicate with. I wpuld defo recommend staying here
